Emma Hardy is the Labour MP for Kingston upon Hull West and Hessle, and has been an MP continuously since June 2017. Emma is passionate about Modernising Employment, through remote and hybrid working. Emma is also the chair of the Endometriosis APPG.

James Morris MP (Conservative)
James Morris is the Conservative MP for Halesowen and Rowley Regis, and has been an MP continuously since 6 May 2010. James has served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Primary Care and Patient Safety.

Bambos Charalambous MP (Labour)
Bambos Charalambous is the Labour MP for Enfield, Southgate, and has been an MP continuously since 8 June 2017. He previously undertook the role of Shadow Minister (Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs).

Andrew Henderson (Secretariat)
Andrew Henderson is the secretariat for this APPG, along with a number of others covering a range of subjects. Andrew has been working with software for the HR sector since 2011 as well as looking at innovative ways to improve issues around hiring and employment.

Keith Rosser (Officer)
Founded and built Reed Screening, one of the UK’s largest employee screening businesses. Non-Executive Board Member with a UK Home Office body and Scottish Government agency. Received a Home Office Commendation Award in 2016 for services to recruitment and was recognised as a Community Leader at Buckingham Palace in 2018. Chair of various trade bodies, the Better Hiring Institute, and JobsAware, a Met Police founded charity tackling labour market issues. In 2023 became an Honorary Fellow of Lancaster University for services to the labour market.
